Somebody needs to point out the obvious to all those so deeply concerned about the horrible effects of the smoking ban: There are none. Too many bar and restaurant owners are claiming they have lost business because of the new law when the numbers show that fewer liquor licenses were cancelled in 2007 than 2008.
